I would definitely recommend

Beautiful camp! Very nice and available staff. The owner of the camp personally supervised everything and even upgraded us to one of the best rooms (bubbles?). Our guide was very nice and helped us make the most of our short stay!! The jeep tour was perfect and the camel ride was absolutely amazing!! The chef (Majdi?) makes amazing food and was also very sweet! It was the best experience we had in our trip to Jordan!

Incredible location, fabulous staff and lovely atmosphere

Absolutely stunning location and the staff can’t do enough for you. There are excellent tours available but no hard selling, just available if you want them. We were upgraded to a bubble tent as it was quiet and the view was simply stunning. Lovely camp area with campfire and free tea all day and the meals are delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough!

What was the highlight of Wadi Rum Dream Camp

Memorable, excellent, enjoyable, fun, a real desert experience.

We just really liked the whole experience. There is currently conflict in the middle east, so there were only our group of four and one other couple. Irrespective we were treated royally and enjoyed the camp and location. The star gazing was a highlight for us and the whole thing was truly memorable. The weather in December was cold at night but sunny and pleasant during the day. Great place.

We liked it all. There is nothing else to say.

What was the highlight of Wadi Rum Dream Camp

Surreal!

This whole camp feels very surreal: you have these beautiful traditional Beduin tents and bubble tents in the middle of a calm part of the Wadi Rum desert. We stayed in a bubble tent and were positively surprised by how comfortable and modern it was (like a normal hotel room in a city). The staff is very nice - special compliments to the chef who made every meal delicious, we really enjoyed his cooking! The Camp offers several activities, and we went for a sunset camel ride (very friendly guide who takes good care of his camels, it shows), did some stargazing with a guide who was such a pleasure to listen to, and we did a 6-hour jeep tour to see the park. We felt like we were taken care of very well. All in all, great experience and I definitely recommend staying here!

The airconditioning in our room wasn’t functioning during the day (that would be too much for the power generator to handle), that was the only minor point. However there is loads of space in the camp to sit elsewhere. And since we went in November, it cools down pretty quickly in the evening, so we still slept very well.

Wonderful

Love the hospitality in Jordan particularly at this camp. The team went beyond expectation; waiting us at the tourist area, complimentary lunch, upgrading to dome tent, free flow of hot tea, good dinner and great staff. Najjad taught us about stars and the constellation, and some other bedouin knowleadge. Good place, and we really loving the experience. Thumbs up!

Hope for cleaner room with some basic amenities like shampoo/conditioner, bath towel (only small towel provided), and bottled water in the room. Its great to have this after long jeep tour.

We had the best TEA ever. The whole area is amazing and camp place is very nice, tents especially with private bathrooms were great. Would like to visit again and stay more nights. Perfect place to find peace and to relax.

Paradise in the Red Desert. the perfect location for sunrise/sunset. Good communication in advance without any delay at welcome center. Worm welcome from Khled and friendly staff. Compotable accomodation with clean room.loved it. Loved it!

What was the highlight of Wadi Rum Dream Camp

We were collected by Khaled, the camp owner from the visitor centre and driven by jeep to the camp which took about 10 minutes. We were greeted by hot wild mint tea directed to our room and told "the camp is yours, please relax and enjoy your time". We stayed in a family size (two single beds and one double bed) tent with private bathroom. Plenty of room for the four of us. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Beds had fleeced blankets to keep us warm during the cooler desert nights. After relaxing for a while Khaled offered us a four hour jeep tour which cost 67JD (per car) which can fit up to six (my whole family went). It was amazing! After the the desert tour we arrived back at camp, had more tea around a camp fire and waited for our dinner. One thing to remember is snacks! Dinner was not until 8pm and after an afternoon of being out on our jeep tour my family were hungry. However dinner was well worth the wait. Roast lamb, chicken and veggies, that had been cooking underground for hours, the smell was immense and the taste was superb! This was accompanied by salads and local breads which were laid out in a tented area inside the camp. The area around is like a giant sand pit surrounded by enormous rock formations. My children loved every moment climbing the rock faces and rolling in the sand. The camp is in the perfect location for sunrise/sunset and photo opportunities a plenty. Thanks to Khaled and his brothers for making us so welcome at Dream Camp. We will be back for sure. Loved it!

The camp was nice, has running water, outlets in the room to charge your phone, working wifi, people mostly friendly, ESPECIALLY if you have a lot of money to spend (I didn't and had to withstand some pressure to buy stuff). Good food. They provide free shuttle from the visitor center to the camp, because otherwise it's difficult to get there.

Dream camp offers more than you might expect...the accomodation is exactly as shown in the pictures, the fact that you have access to restrooms and showers in the middle of the desert is quite unexpected...in a good way, of course! We opted out for halfbord and it turned out to be a great choice...food was amazing!! The staff there was also great, always ready to help us with whatever we might need!

This was a nice place to stay inside Wadi Rum. The owner was very helpful and picked us up from the visitor centre free of charge and took us to the camp. He was able to recommend a couple of great walks were you didn't need a guide. he also offered jeep tours and guided hiking tours. The camp had a nice communal area and even had wifi. All places in the desert are relatively expensive and this camp seemed to be on the lower end of the price range which was good.

Hi Khaled, thank you for the reminder. We will put good comments on booking. And we would return to dream camp again soon or late. Everything was perfect. The only 2 things you may wish to improve is to get some hot water in the accommodations. I know it is not easy. Also the lunch during the Jeep tour was VERY basic to be honest. Except this, everything was very fine. Philippe
